2025 Outside Pool Memberships SOLD OUT! ***

The MHMC (Maple Hills Maintenance Company) Pool is open to paid members who live within the Maple Hills neighborhood.

The MHMC Board also allows a limited number of outside (non-resident) memberships. These memberships have an annual fee and may require joining a waitlist. Availability and fees are reviewed each January.

Outside members must renew every year and submit a new application for each swim season.

Returning outside members receive priority only if they renew on time. If a returning member skips a year, they lose their priority and must rejoin the waitlist and pay the new member registration fee.

Membership from a previous year does not guarantee a spot for the current year unless payment is received by February 15.

  • Each year the membership fee is evaluated in conjunction with the review of the pool budget, normally in December/January. The 2025 outside membership cost is $750. New outside members are also required to pay a $125 administrative fee.

  • The pool manager emails all prior year outside members with the current year information, application, and payment options. This email normally goes out at the end of January/beginning of February and it comes from poolmaplehills@gmail.com and/or our smore account which will say maplehillsnews1@mailgun.smore.com

    We have reached our maximum outside membership capacity for the 2025 season. If you are interested in joining our pool as an outside member, please fill out the waitlist form. If we have a spot open up, we will be in contact with you.

    Our waitlist process begins after February 15th. At that time, we start reaching out to individuals based on the order in which they submitted their waitlist form—those who signed up first will receive the first opportunities. All communication is sent via Smore Newsletter, so if you're on the waitlist, please keep an eye on your email starting February 16th. Once the offer has been sent, you’ll have 48 hours to respond before we move on to the next person on the list. Please note that your name will remain on the waitlist unless you specifically request to be removed. We aim to have all memberships finalized by the end of April so we can prepare our system for the start of the season. We appreciate your patience and look forward to the possibility of welcoming you!

  • Each year the MHMC Board reviews the pool attendance numbers for overcrowding. Provided that there was not an issue with overcrowding or providing appropriate lifeguard coverage, the outside member cap is typically 55-65 families.
