If you rent from a Maple Hills homeowner, we require a form to be completed by the homeowner to allow use of the pool. In addition, the homeowner needs to be current on their HOA dues. Once the dues are paid and the form is received, you are welcome to use the pool.

To access facilities, such as the pool, you must have your dues paid in full and be in good standing. The pool system is updated on *May 1st of each year, so to avoid any issues, please ensure your payment is made by that date.

*Dues paid after May 1st can take up to 2 weeks to process.
