Q: Who can rent The Firehouse?
A: Residents of Maple Hills Estates in good standing can rent The Firehouse at a discount. Public rentals are available at market rates.
Q: What is a half day rental?
A: Half day rentals are either morning or evening. Morning Rentals can end no later than 2:00PM. Evening rentals can start no sooner than 3:00PM.
Q: Are there seats and tables?
A: Banquet tables and seating for 80, with additional buffet tables. See ‘Amenities’ for more details.
Q: Capacity?
A: 80
Q: Noise and hours?
A: Normal hours are 8AM to 10PM. The Firehouse is in our neighborhood. Please Respect the neighbors.
